• Europe: 3–7 working days (FedEx)
• United States: 3–6 working days (FedEx)
• Canada: 4–8 working days (FedEx)
• Rest of World: 5–10 working days (FedEx)

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

No Surprise Fees

All taxes and import duties are calculated and paid at checkout.

This means no additional charges on delivery, no customs invoices, and no unexpected costs. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Easy Returns

If your BikeParka isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return it for any reason within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• A sales order number or receipt must be included
• Returns apply only to items purchased directly from BikeParka

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we aim to process it within 5 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Gift returns can only be refunded to the original purchaser.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your BikeParka arrives faulty or develops a defect, please contact us. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.

Additional Information

Shipping costs, including expedited and international shipping, are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For international returns, any customs charges must be covered by the sender.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
